Privacy policy

What data we process when you message us or book a call, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we process

This website has no forms and does not collect personal data by itself. We only process the data you choose to give us when you:

  • Message us on WhatsApp: your profile name, your phone number and the content of your messages.
  • Book a call through Cal.com: your name, your email address, the date and time you choose and any information you add to the booking.
  • Email us: your email address and the content of your message.
  • Talk to us on the call: any information about your business you choose to share.

In addition, like any web server, our hosting provider logs technical data such as your IP address and browser in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

What we use it for

  • Answering your enquiries.
  • Arranging and holding the calls you book.
  • If you are interested, preparing a service proposal for your business.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your permission, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles with it.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you contact us on your own initiative (article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything processed before.
  • Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, when you book a call or ask us for a proposal (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If we do not end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together and then for the periods required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless the law requires it. To provide our service we use the following providers, which process data under their own policies:

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to canalsb9@gmail.com. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data and only access it for the purposes described above.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
